Authorities were trying hard to start the tiger reserve. But death of some tigers delayed the opening. Finally 10 years later, government has opened Mukundra Tiger Reserve for people on 09 October, 2023.

You can visit the tiger reserve and enjoy the jungle safari with family and friends. Jungle safari on the gypsy vehicle is operating on the Savan Bhado tourism route. The route 21 km long and located in the buffer area of Mukundra tiger reserve.
